What is going well with patient engagement?<\/span><\/b>\u202f<\/span>\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Feedback shows three main areas where Ipsen is performing well according to the needs of the patient community, i.e.<\/span>\u202f<\/span>\u202f<\/span><\/p>\n \n <\/p>\n \n <\/div>\n\n \n <\/p>\n Where can we improve?<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n These were the three main areas recommended to address:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/ul>\n <\/p>\n Work to address these is already under way, for example via a collaborative project between Legal, Patient Affairs and expert patient advisors to simplify the process of how Ipsen contracts with patients.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n \n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n\n\n\n How can Ipsen better support the needs of patients in 2024?<\/strong>\u202f\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n There were four key areas identified by patients where they recommend Ipsen can do more to support their needs in the coming year, namely:\u202f\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n \n What\u2019s next?<\/strong>\u202f\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cAll the data from this years\u2019 survey is being used to guide our \u2018Patient 3.0\u2019 strategic roadmap, so that we can evolve our patient engagement skills and capabilities and take our ambitions to work with patients, for patients, to the next level\u201d,<\/em> explained Pascale Cavillon, Global Patient Affairs Director, Oncology, who has led the survey since inception in 2020.\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u202fThank you to everyone who supported the project and to the patient organizations that responded. <\/p>\n\n\n \n
