Like many companies, we have team members in Ukraine, and we are committed to doing everything in our power to ensure their safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Protecting employees, serving patients <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the start of the Ukraine conflict, Ipsen convened a crisis committee with two key objectives: ensuring the safety of our employees and maintaining access to treatments for patients. At the time of this publication, all of our team members and their families in Ukraine are safe. And together with our partners, we are doing our very best to limit any impact to the supply of our medicines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Humanitarian relief efforts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond these two key priorities, we are also doing our part to provide humanitarian relief to the people of Ukraine via a donation of \u20ac1.5 million, split between two humanitarian organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/tulipe.org\/action-humanitaire-ukraine-kits-medicaux\/\">Tulipe<\/a> collects donations from health companies to respond to the emergency needs of populations in distress during acute health crises, natural disasters and conflicts via its partners in the field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.croix-rouge.fr\/Actualite\/Urgence-Ukraine2\/Conflit-en-Ukraine-la-Croix-Rouge-francaise-lance-un-appel-aux-dons-2640\">The International Red Cross in France<\/a> an independent charity working alongside governments and public authorities which undertakes neutral and impartial humanitarian action.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ipsen in Russia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a pharmaceutical company, we have a responsibility to maintain patient access to our treatments. In line with our relentless commitment to serving patients, we will continue to tackle their healthcare needs regardless of their race, sex, nationality, ethnicity, country of origin, language, or religion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We support global sanctions, and we will take all precautionary measures to comply with them. We have suspended several promotional activities in Russia, including advertising and participation to non-scientific congresses.
