- Head of U.S. Business Ethics
Jesse brings a collaborative spirit to our mission of bringing innovative medicines to patients while ensuring that ethical conduct remains at the heart of everything we do.

Jesse joined Ipsen in 2020 as a member of the North America Legal Department, where he supported assets in each of Ipsen’s three areas – oncology, neuroscience, and rare disease – as well as Ipsen’s patient support program. Before joining Ipsen, Jesse worked with the commercial and medical affairs functions at EMD Serono, where he partnered with field sales and medical teams on navigating risks related to promotion, scientific exchange, and laws targeting fraud and abuse. Prior to that, Jesse worked at a Boston-based law firm where he represented pharmaceutical companies and executives in the context of government investigations.
Jesse earned his undergraduate degree from Duke University and a JD from Boston University School of Law.
