Emad Abdelnaby

Emad joined Ipsen in January of 2024 as Senior Vice President and Franchise Head of Oncology, bringing 25 years of extensive healthcare experience across multiple therapeutic areas.

In this role, Emad will support and accelerate the growth of Ipsen’s Oncology Franchise in the U.S. market.

Prior to joining Ipsen, Emad led Johnson & Johnson’s Solid Tumor business in Japan. In addition to his breadth of experience across therapeutic areas and businesses, Emad has also held roles of increasing responsibility for pharmaceutical organizations around the globe including Pfizer, Novartis, Merck KGaA and Johnson & Johnson.

Emad is a graduate of Yale University where he received his B.A. in History and Political Science with a focus on International Relations. He received his M.B.A. in Management from the Stern School of Business at New York University and also holds a Master of Health Care Innovation from the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine.
