Ipsen is an international group of companies. As our headquarters is based in France, these notices are based on GDPR. For information related to Ipsen activity in your country and adherence to local privacy laws, please refer to the Privacy Notices on your country’s Ipsen website.
Patients, carers and children
If you are a patient or carer involved in Ipsen projects, or if you are a participant in Ipsen research studies, you will receive a privacy notice related specifically to your activity with us, giving you more detailed information about how we will process your data.
Ipsen may collect personal data about children with the consent of their parents or guardians for the provision of its products or services, or as part of clinical, research or support activities. We do not otherwise knowingly collect personal data from, or market to, children. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided Ipsen with personal information, they should contact Ipsen’s DPO at dataprivacy@ipsen.com if there are any concerns.
