Kendra Baillie

Kendra Baillie joined Ipsen Canada in 2019, and has over 20 years of experience in human resources and communications at private and public sector organizations. As Senior Director, Human Resources, Kendra provides strategic HR guidance in both Canada and the US, leads the implementation of full-cycle HR activities, and is responsible for enhancing company culture to achieve high levels of employee engagement and wellness. In addition to being a member of the Ipsen Canadian Leadership Team, she is also a key member of the North American Human Resources Leadership Team.

Before joining Ipsen Canada, Kendra held positions of increasing responsibility in human resources at Celgene, GlaxoSmithKline and the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General.

Kendra has a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation from the Human Resources Professionals Association, a Master’s of Industrial Relations degree from Queen’s University, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Human Resources Management from the University of Waterloo.
